	Bruce J. Glasco Senior Vice President & Managing Director International Operations Bruce Glasco has over 20 years experience in the golf industry having worked at over 100 golf courses in 25 countries around the World. Prior to joining Troon Golf, Glasco specialized in operations at several of the world’s leading golf facilities. The list includes such recognized properties as the famed Pine Valley Golf Club, Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club, the Kapalua Golf Club and Resort, and the exclusive Maroon Creek Club. Glasco also possesses a development background having served in a project management capacity for Hines, one of the world’s most recognized international developers. Glasco joined Troon in 1999 as Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Senior Vice President of the company’s Australia Pacific division in 2001. He was appointed Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the company's Europe, Middle East and Africa operations in 2006.

	Marcus Fishenden Director of Operations - Asia Marcus has 17 years experience in the golf industry and has worked in both China and Japan. In addition to extensive concept creation and development experience, Marcus' strong analytical skills were instrumental in identifying revenue and expense opportunities during the turn around of operations Troon's Japan properties, including Phoenix Seagaia. He was also a member of Troon Golf team performing over 250 golf course due diligence projects throughout Japan and Asia on behalf of Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Ripplewood Holdings, Lehman Brothers, the Soros Fund and others. Marcus has day to day operational responsibility for our projects in Asia. Marcus speaks, reads and writes fluent Japanese, and has spoken skills in Mandarin. Marcus holds a BA in Asian Studies from the University of British Columbia.

	David Townend Director of Business Development - Asia David Townend is a 23 year member of the PGA of Australia and has lived and worked in Asia for the past 19 years, including stays in China, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. In addition to his extensive Asia-Pacific experience, David possesses an impressive portfolio in all areas of club and hotel management and has been responsible for pre-opening and operations management at numerous highly acclaimed facilities, including Troon Golf Australia’s most awarded facility, Brookwater Golf Club and China’s most exclusive private facility and host venue of the WGC HSBC Champions, Shanghai Sheshan Int’l Golf Club. David’s experience as a General Manager includes operating exclusive private member-only clubs, semi-private clubs, public access facilities and resorts. He was involved in the inauguration of the Asian Golf Course Owners’ Association and has participated as a presenter at several key Asian golf industry conferences. David is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and possesses language skills in Mandarin, Japanese and Bahasa Malayu.

	David Hogben Director of Operations David has been a member of the PGA of Australia for the past 13 years and has been a part of the golf industry for the past 20 years in various roles, he joined the Troon Golf team in 2005. During his time in the Australian golf industry David has compiled an impressive portfolio in all areas of club and hotel management and has been responsible for pre-opening and operations management at a number of highly acclaimed facilities. David’s experience as a General Manager includes operating upscale residential golf clubs, semi-private clubs, public access facilities and hotel resorts in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. David is responsible for the day to day operations of the company's projects in Australia.

	David Lunardelli Director of Agronomy David Lunardelli has over 20 years experience in golf course construction and maintenance. He has held senior positions at some of Australia's leading golf courses, the most recent being as Superintendent at Brookwater Golf Club, Queensland's No. 1 course. David's experience also extends to course construction and development. David has Post Graduate qualifications in Crop Science from Sydney University and has now assumed the role of Director of Agronomy for Troon Golf Australia, Asia and Pacific.

	Kathy Karibalis Administration Manager Kathy Karibalis has recently joined Troon Golf in the position of Administration Coordinator. Kathy has completed a Bachelor of Business in Tourism Management and has over 10 years experience in Administration, Office Management and Marketing positions. Her previous roles have included Marketing Manager for a Migration Law firm; EA / Marketing Coordinator in the Recruitment industry and Sales & Marketing in the Tourism and Hospitality Sector.
